Eugene Vakhovsky is from Minsk, Belarus and immigrated to Chicago, IL in 1994. He completed his undergraduate studies in 2007, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Accounting at University of Illinois – Chicago. He moved to Oregon in 2019, where he earned a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Pacific University in Hillsboro. He remains involved with his PA program by returning to lecture.
He joins Salem Pain and Spine after 3 years in rural family medicine. He is looking forward to applying those skills to interventional pain management, and helping his patients achieve attainable care goals for their musculoskeletal pain.
In his free time, Eugene enjoys spending time with his partner, experiencing Oregon’s food and wine offerings, and traveling the world.
Eugene is a member of Oregon Society of Physician Assistants, American Academy of Physician Assistants, and American Academy of Orthopedic Medicine.
